Offshore Solutions - Managed by Sansom

Kirstyn Sansom and Tristan Nel partnered in 2025 to launch Sansom Solutions based in the USA and South Africa. Sansom Solutions was created to accommodate Sansom Staffing customers who came to us needing us to solve a key problem - cost effective Call Center and IT talent who were flexible for shifts and speak clear english. They explained that call abandonment with their offshore solutions was creating issue as well as the flexibility needed with skilled IT talent.
